looking back at the things for the first half of the year,i'm once again reminded of the fact tat time really flies.i think tat alot of people did not take the first semester very seriously,and when i say tat,i'm also referring to myself.subjects like bio could have been taken more seriously...especially her lessons,even though bio lessons are extremely boring.time at home could be used to spend on more meaningful things,such as studying instead of reading comics or playing video games.ultimately,it's the attitude towards learning tat's important.and yes,there are such things as geniuses,who don't even need to spend hours of mugging...he can just open the book and simply read through once and score straight As for his exams.but someone who's not a genius,can win a genius,through hard work and effort put in.so tat's why,do not be demoralised becoz we are in queensway...being in queensway does not mean tat we cannot compete with the students from schools of much better standard.and it also does not mean tat we do not stand a chance to get into good JCs.second semester's gonna start in 2 more weeks.there will be tough competition in semester 2 and tat will definitely result in monstrous amount of stress...so JY people.

that would suck,with a bio tests scheduled every week on a certain day after school...

life has been going very smoothly for me,especially after the mid year paper results were released...i just hope that my CA won't pull my mid year marks down too much.i think the main reason why i did well for exams is becoz of Gekokujō being the motivation.if you dunno what that is,go find it out yourself.sad thing is,my father did not even ask about my results up til now...next friday will be meet the parents sessions,i hope all will be good comments.everything now is so relaxed now that exams are over but there are still lessons for 4 more days.i bet the holidays will be boring as well.

been having real good luck with the papers so far...today's chinese paper was ok,that only applies to the first page only...everything that i managed to learn came out,so i'm lucky...but the compre and cloze passage are rather hard...i'd be contented to get a B already...yesterday was SS and Chem,both was fine...the SEQ SS question that came out did before de,so basically i write down everything that i wrote for the assignment...i've gotta say,the SBQ wsa horrible...not really enough time.Chemistry MCQ was damn easy,but i think i made 2 careless mistakes already.Section B and C were not very easy,especially C.today's amaths was really awesome...i think i can do well for this paper...coz i finished everything and i'm pretty confident...i feel that for the papers so far,i've been having very very good luck...so tomorrow's history,so i hope my kor will bless me again,and everything i learn must come out!!

yesterday was my first paper for the MYEs.can't really say i ave confidence for both english and chinese paper 1.english situational writing was not difficult,but i think i wrote too little.as for the compo...i think i screwed up badly,basically becoz i had no idea what to write...and wasted five minutes just to make up my mind on which question to write.as for chinese paper...the letter was rather ok,but the compo was tough...i think mine was completely irrelevant to the question lor.there goes 50marks out of the 70 marks.
one of the questions that appeared for the first part of the english paper 1 was to describe the first day in school.i was just thinking if one day,they would ask you to describe the last day of school for you,as in the last day as a sec 4 student...not the last day of the school year.let's say it's not part of the exam question but 10 years from now,if somebody approaches you and asks you and asks you about your last day in secondary school,will you be able to say that you have succeeded as a student,a friend,a human in this world or will you have nothing to say about it becoz you've failed terribly in everything that you do in school?will you be able to tell the truth and break free from your world of illusions,or will you continue to linger within?will you be able to say that you've done your best as you get your results?i guess everyone,including myself should think about this and finally realise how distant o'levels may seem to be but it is actually just a year away.one year passes without you noticing.what will you do now?

was doing SS homework just now and suddenly ended up talking with chiwen on msn for an hour.talked to her about alot of things.everything from our class,the very clever people in our class to O'levels,aims and choice of course.and today morning was chemistry extra lesson.was rather fun.for some reason,mr tan started calling us didi and meimei,and soon samuel called him Chang Ci gor gor,which obviously made everyone laugh.the whole session was rather funny with alot of laughter and sorts.but it was also a fun session which was serious at the same time.today,i actually found out why AMMONIUM NITRATE,and ionic compound with a giant ionic structure has a low melting point.it is stated in the textbook under the properties and structures chapter that most compounds with giant ionic structure has high boiling and melting points,but i did not know why Ammonium Nitrate is so special that it has a low melting point,but i finally learned it today,thanks to Mr Tan!

bio test is on tuesday...and i've only studied half of the thick bio paper that she'll set from...and she mentioned that the passing mark is 75%.which means memorising would certainly help this time.good thing i took out the paper from the stack of past year papers last week.had i not done so,this piece of bio paper would have gone missing with that file of other past year papers.curse the person who took it,i hope he fails for every single subject and get retained next year.bloody hell,now i have to photocopy the whole stack when i did not have to in the first place.if any of you see a purple school file,not the ring file type,which coincidentally contains a stack of bio past year papers,i would appreciate if you would just grab it and pass it back to me.
oh,and i went with yongsheng to popular yesterday and i might be buying Pure Chemistry Ten Year Series next week.and yes,some CABAL pictures after a long time.the images are a little screwed up,so you might have to click on them to see the actual size.

yesterday was the eye-quiz thing,anyhow bomb the quiz until 0 marks!
was damn funny coz some of the questions are stupid...and top 3 all queenswayans.
after that went to anchor point subway to do homework with some of them.
glen was practically doing nothing there other than eat and talk with Yok Yee over the phone.and he taught Kimberley some surds thing.i was blur like siao,coz that thing we have not learned yet.
did not close the lights for Earth Hour coz it's rather inconvenient for some at home.
stayed up till 12 to do the longer version of the compo!
i feel proud of myself...coz i'm using better words than the dead ones i always did,but i'm sure there's room for more improvement though...
and i intend to read up on chapter 4 of AMATHS so i won't be lost when Ms Soon teaches the chapter itself.
and there is still incomplete chinese homework to complete...
i'll just watch abit of naruto,then find some time to sit down quietly to do chinese and in the meantime revise for the test on wednesday.
and tomorrow is my mum's birthday...dunno what to do for her...

after such a long time,we finally changed our seating arrangement from the exam format back to the class arrangement,but the arrangement was different from term 1.i nearly had to seat with Du Hao...after what seemed like 50 minutes beside him,which was only 5 minutes,i managed to changed my seat at the cost of Jordy!now,i'm seating at the second row beside mathew with Ray in front.i think this seat is better than term one's coz i'm closer to the board,which makes copying things easier and i can pay attention easier since it's just in front of the teacher.
and this week,i got back most of my common test results...i'm very disapointed in myself,coz i only managed to score one A,and the rest are all B-s and C-s.and i failed a subject which is social studies.i can only say that mr siah marks very strictly...at the start of the year,i actually aimed to not fail a single test/exam paper for the whole year,but looks like it's not possible now.now,i'll aim to not fail more than 5 more times until the end of the year.as for the amaths paper that i was really paranoid for,i actually did not fail it,which i'm very greatful for..THANK YOU,miss Soon for giving me working marks for questions that i actually got wrong.
and after the common test,i discovered that i'm extremely weak in chemistry.and today,i suddenly thought of having tuition and told my mother about it.but i'll consider it first...see how things go first,coz it's been 5 years since i've had tuition,and i'm not sure my father would agree to letting me go for tuition,and even if he allows,he'll sign me up for tuition centre tuition.i find that that kind of tuition has no effect on me...coz i will lag behind alot and won't be able to keep up and will end up learning less than i should.the kind of tuition that i want is one-one kind.but i'll just see how i do for mid year chemistry.
and i think i'll be getting my TYS for chemistry very soon,i'll have to find a day when i'm free and i'll go to a POPULAR shops and get every single chemistry TYS by any publisher and compare each one until i decide which to buy.and i hope by mid year,my seat can be changed all the way to the back or at least the 3rd row.(304 people should get the meaning of sitting at the back)
and life in 304 means more fun as each day pass with guys like LINJA,SAMURAY and magic master,SAMUEL and others in our class.i swear,you can laugh till you cry especially with the NAUGHTY NINJA in our class calling handsome WASABI HENTAI!and our almighty LINJA practices LINJUTSU,whatever that is.

ever since primary 5,i always thought that i could do well for studies even if i dont study as hard as the rest...but after watching naruto,and reflecting on my results,i finally know why there are so many people who are so clever,it's actually they put in a lot of effort,they work very hard.and it is throught this hard work that they can surpass some geniuses like tanyou and other people...

and i find that i'm too cocky when it comes to maths,i always think that i can do well even i f i don't study...that is true for primary school,but since secondary school,i've not been doing as well as i did in primary school...and the reason why is becoz i hardly study for maths,i only just flip through the book without memorising anything...take the amaths common test for example,one day before the test,i was at home wasting 2 hours to watch a movie i've watched before when other people are studying hard for the test...

and that is why,on that day,i could not do a question that was very simple to me now after i looked at it...i forgot how to do for that question on the actual test and becoz of the question,i wasted alot of time on it and still did not manage to solve the question,and becoz of that,i only have time to do 6 and a half question...and among this few questions,i got more than half of them wrong after discussing the answers with qijun they all...i just hope i dont fail the test this time,but it's hardly possible...since out of the 7 questions that i did,i already got 4 wrong,there are 8 questions...which means i've already lost marks for 5 questions...

becoz of this test,i've decided to work very hard for maths,and i will do so for the other subjects as soon as i can...after getting back the social studies test today,i was really disappointed...i failed by a mark...as for physics,303 got back and only around 5 of them passed...i can't imagine how badly i'll do for it,but what's done has already been done,no point brooding over it too much...and starting from today,i'll dedicate 3 hours of my day at home to complete homework and study.actually,how much time i'll take depends on the amount of homework that i have...

if by doing this,i don't get 4 distinctions for mid year...i'll really really work hard like siao for end year.and a few days ago or last week,someone said i've changed into a completely different person and said that i was really chiong now...coz i finished my maths homework early,and i was really shocked...it was only then that i realised that i should change already.i'm thinking of aiming for top 10 in class,but it's too hard for now,so i'll probably try to get top 15 in class first.if i manage to be in top 15,i'll aim higher..

I regretted not studying hard for PSLE back then.
I regretted not studying hard for the first 1.5 years of lower sec.
I regretted not making the right decisions from sec 1 till now.
I regretted getting so addicted into games.
i regretted taking pure biology at first,but now i know i'm not the only who thinks this way.
I regretted not studying for the frequent test since start of sec 3 until now.
there are still alot of things i regretted but cant remember now.
you see,most people have regrets,just about everyone around me has.most people change to prevent more such regrets in the future,so i also want to change,unlike some people who sit there waiting for the world to change for them,beginning with the rude pig who sleeps in my room each and everyday and fails to differentiate a month from 3...and of coz,there are many other people out there.
i really need someone who can give me ENOUGH motivation to study hard from now on.anyone will do,but i mean serious ones,dont give me comments that are not meant to be serious.

today is an important day that happens only once a year,and it is my birthday...cant say i'm happy,can't say i'm sad...i'm happy coz there are people who remember that it's my birthday today...see,that's how you differentiate between good friends and friends that are not so good.i'm sad today coz i screwed the fucking amaths test paper...and that was becoz i wasted time on a fucking question that i did not know how to do before the test and i still do not how to do in the end...and becoz of that,i wasted 35 minutes on the first 4 questions and only had 15 minutes left for the last 4 and that is when i lost hope already...and what i'm really unhappy about is that i nearly completed the last sentence,just a few more words to go only...
so this year's birthday isn't really a happy one,nor is it a sad one for me...

you see smiles everyday,but have you wondered what a smile can do,it can brighten up people's life,and most importantly your own,so to all those people who think too much with that sad face on their face,smile more!next week is common test and i'm afraid i'll screw the whole thing up...i'm gonna try and master my maths by practicing alot...most probably tomorrow at the library by myself...and as for chinese,i'm going to try to memorise the 3 possible topics,as in the whole letter,than write as same as the guidebook as possible,and hopefully in this way can score better marks than the previous time...and history+social studies homework is driving people nuts...and it'll be few more days until i turn 15...that means a slimmer chance for me to pass my 2.4 already...

got back most of my test results,can't really say i'm satisfied or disapointed,coz i can do better.i'm sure most of you know about the Journey to the West.In the novel,sunwukong,the monkey god,has a monk as his master...but what you people do not know that is that the monk is sometimes depicted as a female in Japan.and therefore,they decided to include sunwukong's master in Musou Orochi Z,as a female.

camp just over and i just came back...everything was very fun.kayaking was the best,but it was sad that we could only kayak for a short amount of time because we are the first class of the day.the rest of the activities still not bad.our class people all very brave,all go try one!most people were high for campfire preparation and the campfire itself.during preparation.i was laughing my ass off when our class was doing the si shua shua cheer for some freaking funny reason.and then the actual campfire perrformance itself...had a sudden change of plans,but we still manage to give our best,and did 304 proud,YEAH,YEAH,YEAH,YEAH!the other class de performance also very high and good.the whole sec 3 very high can already and matthew and mdm jaya very funny when they went up to dance.so overall,the whole camp was rather enjoyable.last day was nothing much other than area cleaning in the canteen.

end of the week,once again a rather mundane week...since entering 304,i'm starting to feel the stress for once,especially for maths,the previous years,i can slack for maths and still do well...but now,i end up only getting 17/25 for amaths...rather disapointed with myself coz i should at least getting an A1,even if is just 75 on the dot...
let's talk about more happy stuffs,this year,there will be alot of superb movies to catch:Fast and Furious,Dragonball Evolution(its lame,but i think i'll still be catching it),Wolverine movie,Terminator Salvation,Transformers:Revenge of The Fallen,Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,Tekken,Street Fighter and Avatar.and not to mention Advent Children Complete,a remake version of Advent Children with 25 more minutes of scenes,and most parts of the movie has different scenes now,more cool,more story and more fighting...here's the trailer:

this few days feel rather tired during lessons and therefore havent been able to pay much attention in class...the test week already over,but the results all suck...just passed compre test,screwed the fuck up for chinese test with just a slight pass...maths results weren't as good as i expected they would be due to stupid careless mistakes...history havent got back yet and i've decided not to have high hopes for the results if not i will end up being dissapointed...just hope i will pass...as for chem,it's rather ok,coz it's just a surprise test,doesn't mean much...as for biology,i can only say it sucks...lessons sucks,teacher sucks,results also suck...the teacher got problem one,everyday scold here scold there,some more one whole lesson can use to teach us how to draw JUST 2 cell diagrams....and its just the start of the year and she give us so much stress saying that "we are pure biology students...you should be getting 15/16 for each test"you think people can come triple science class means all subjects also very clever meh,and english class is damn boring...somehow,i find ms quek's lesson very boring,same as her lit lessons.the only lesson that i've yet to hate so far are emaths,amaths and physics...tomorrow going parliament house and i find that it will just be a waste of time

went cycling on friday at East Coast!!!
found out that Shaokai was going at the last minute,reached there at about 2.then rent bike and cycle!!!
and before long,i crashed,or rather Marc crashed into me,actually it was my fault,coz Marc was cycling closely behind,then i stopped and did not tell him,so crashed.
but even if crashed,it was damn fun...so my leg started bleeding abit,then found out that the back wheel of my bike has got some problem,then when Marc was fixing it,we saw 202 people cycle past us.
after that,we went to eat ice kachang without the rest!!!
soon after that,we took our time to cycle to the Bedok Jetty and when we reached there,we got bored and went cycling again.then we saw the F1,the miniature version that is,then cycled back and took turns playing Marc's PSP while the rest were fishing.
soon after that,time flew real fast and we went for dinner and go home!
sad lah,in two more weeks,we wont be in the same class already,so we have decided that there will be a class chalet,most likely at East Coast!

last friday,my dad went to the IT show at suntec and bought a multi-purpose printer and also new speakers for the laptop.now watching animes and listening to music is very different from before,coz can adjust the bass and treble volume separately.now watching animes is equivalent to watching a movie with just half the max volume on...

finally end of term three...both happy and sad,coz holidays mean i can play alot,but since end of year exam is coming,i'll also have to study alot...
yesterday was teacher's day concert in school...before that was chinese and pe lesson...then also got back progress report,screwed up badly for 2 subject which is my literature and chinese....go die lah,stupid mdm kua,go set the test until so hard for what?and as for lit,i only know what's going on for the 1st three chapters of animal farm,so i must really read the whole book during holidays...
so pe the whole class played badminton again....:]:]
if you didn't know,badminton is my favourite sport and that's coz i'm good at it.and i've improved alot since primary school...but i'm still weak in accuracy...and i played with shaokai with the whole of yesterday's one hour....at first i was winning him coz i was smashing throughout,and soon he countered my play style by just tapping the shuttle instead of returning it with strength,and therefore,i couldn't smash when he can...but overall my accuracy increased alot,now is only my backhand that sucks..
after school celebrations went back to zhangde,but didn't really see any teachers....so went home...

i'm both happy and sad.
sad coz yesterday had nightmare,everything that happened in that nightmare seemed so real.
and happy,coz ahqun korkor gave us durians!!!like 3 whole bags of them
